GENERAL INFORMATION
We hope we will be able to offer all those who apply a space. Should any instrument or level become full, we will operate a waiting list for this group – a note will be added to the website and application form to let you know.
It is possible we may be in the fortunate position where we receive more applications than we have places. We strive to be as fair, open and equal to everyone as we can, and we will let any applicant know if we have been unable to allocate you a place by the closing date for each Session. In this case, any fees paid will be refunded or carried over to an alternative session.
Should any places remain after the closing date, we will offer places first to the waiting list, then reopen registration on a first come, first served basis.
Preparation materials for the sessions will be shared approximately 2-3 weeks before the Sessions commence.
Registration Process
Access Requirements and Additional Needs
We warmly welcome and encourage all children, young people and teachers to join in our sessions. If you would like to discuss any additional needs or access requirements before registering, please contact us on info@benedettifoundation.org in confidence.
Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY: Places are non-refundable after you have completed the registration form.
Should The Benedetti Foundation need to postpone these sessions, refunds will be available for anyone who would not be able to attend a rescheduled date.
In the unlikely event The Benedetti Foundation is required to cancel these sessions, full refunds will be offered.
Cost
For the Benedetti Sessions 2023-2024, there is a participation fee of between £12-24 (with full bursaries available).
We offer financial assistance through bursaries. All bursary requests are treated in the strictest confidence. Please tick the box on the application form if you wish a bursary - we do not require or ask for any paperwork.
The Benedetti Sessions are open to all young musicians and instrumental teachers, whatever their background or circumstances, and it is possible to have all of the participation fee paid for you. No applicant who has been offered a place on the workshop weekend will miss out because of financial circumstances.
The Benedetti Sessions cost in the region of £200 per person to run. Through the generosity of Trusts & Foundations and individual donors, we are able to greatly subsidise the cost. We are always extremely grateful to any family able to make an additional donation with their registration fee.
