Her enthusiasm for developing engaging content and building online communities has been shaped through varied roles within the music, arts, and media sectors.

Ella has effectively managed social media strategies for several organisations and agencies, including SMART Music Agency, Beatfreeks working on projects with brands like Coca-Cola, The Co-op Foundation and Groundwork UK, as well as her own personal projects. 

Ella is also a published writer, with articles in Rife Magazine that have attracted over 200,000 views and accounted for nearly a quarter of the website’s traffic. 

Beyond her professional expertise, Ella is a musician, songwriter, and DJ, which gives her a deep connection to the arts and a natural ability to engage with creative audiences. 

Her academic background in Commercial Music from Bath Spa University, along with her practical experience in social media and branding, puts her in a great place to support The Benedetti Foundation’s mission by creating engaging digital content helping to build a vibrant online presence that resonates with its community and beyond.
